OutCode is Avanti’s engineering marketplace. This page explains the website and the data flows built into the invitation-based platform. Before accepting an invitation or providing personal documents, obtain the applicable privacy notice and engagement terms from your OutCode or partner contact.
Browsing the public website
The public pages do not ask for a CV or project document. This release adds no advertising or analytics tracking. The website host processes connection information to serve pages. The hero video loads from CloudFront and fonts load from Google Fonts, so those providers receive connection information when the assets are requested.
Account and marketplace information
The platform uses an invited email address and verified organisation membership for access. Its workflows can hold candidate profile details, skills, availability, private CVs and optional photos, as well as client requirements and inquiries. Authentication uses browser storage to maintain a signed-in session.
Who can see what
The access model distinguishes OutCode operators, partner managers, candidates and client organisations. Candidates work on their own linked profile; partner managers manage their organisation’s candidates. Approved client listings exclude private CV files and partner base rates. Operators review profiles and manage published client rates.
Project-specific decisions
Processing roles, lawful bases, retention periods, transfer safeguards and any additional suppliers must be set out in the applicable privacy notice and agreements before live onboarding. EU-focused services do not imply that every person, service or access location is in the EU. Do not upload sensitive personal data or confidential project files without the required authorisation.
Questions, corrections and deletion
Contact the OutCode representative or partner who arranged your onboarding for a privacy request, including access, correction, deletion or a copy of the applicable privacy notice. Email support is not active yet. See account support for current guidance.
